Refunds are available if we have provided inaccurate data in your report. All refund requests are reviewed by our administration team. If your claim is valid and supported by evidence, a refund will be approved and applied. If the claim does not meet our accuracy standards, the refund will be rejected with a written explanation. We stand behind the quality of our work and take every accuracy concern seriously.

Reports are prepared for the sole use of the ordering client and are confidential. You may not resell, distribute, or publish any Report without our prior written consent.
