  • Cookies: We use essential cookies to operate the website. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights Under TIPA

If you are a Tennessee resident, you have the following rights with respect to personal information we hold about you:

  • Right to access: Confirm whether we process your personal information and obtain a copy;
  • Right to correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal information;
  • Right to deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements;
  • Right to portability: Receive a copy of your personal information in a portable format;
  • Right to opt out: Opt out of the sale of personal information or targeted advertising (we do not engage in either).

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

10. Payment Processing
